Meet Kosta
Originally from Chicago, Kosta spent 14 years of his life in the mountains of Greece, in a small village called Ditiki Fragista. There, he discovered the wonderful flavors of the countryside and alongside his mother, learned to cook traditional Greek dishes, full of flavors.
Kosta moved back to Chicago in the 1980s and continued his culinary explorations. He later moved to Greensboro NC and brought with him his great cooking repertoire.
